Rilo Stephens

President & CEO

Rilo began working for Eckardt Electric in 1981 as a summer helper. He was then promoted to Project Manager in 1987, Vice President in 2001, President in 2008, and CEO in 2022. He is a proud graduate of Clemson University and an active door holder at Passion City Church. He has previously served as President of the AECA and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Branch of AGC, the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia, and the Gwinnett County Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Rilo and his wife Wanda have two children and four grandchildren.
