Ashton joined Eckardt Group in 2012, beginning his career as an electrical apprentice. He transitioned into a Recruiting role in 2016 until he was promoted to People Operations Manager in 2017. Ashton was elevated to Director of People Operations in 2021, leading an incredible team that oversees Recruiting, Training & Development, and Payroll & Compliance. Ashton lives in Chamblee with his wife Liz and daughter Emory.
